Welcome to Peekuin. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Peekuin mobile application ("App") operated by Peekuin ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Peekuin. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Peekuin allows you to track publicly available Instagram follow activity. The App monitors public Instagram profiles you specify and notifies you of new follows. We do not access private accounts, direct messages, or any non-public data. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Free and Paid Features. Certain features require an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store.
Billing Cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellation. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds. All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support. We do not process refunds directly.
Price Changes. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified of price changes in advance, and changes will not affect your current billing period.

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to the design, graphics, text, logos, and software — are owned by Peekuin and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
Instagram may change its platform at any time, which may affect the App's functionality. We are not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peekuin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peekuin, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm the App or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting peekuinteam@gmail.com.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
